By accessing or using the Balancely platform at https://www.getbalancely.com, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Balancely provides a web-based platform for invoice capture, supplier statement reconciliation, and accounts payable review. The service is provided on a subscription or access basis as described at the time of account creation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use Balancely only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to upload documents that contain content that is fraudulent, illegal, or that you do not have the right to upload.
You retain ownership of the invoice and statement data you upload to Balancely. By uploading data, you grant Balancely a limited licence to process that data for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balancely is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
